There is Always Another Day – Part 1

Some days when I feel so overwhelmed, and exhausted that my body feels as though it is shutting down under the weight of uncertainty.

This is the time when I feel speechless, unenergised and unable to do the smallest task, all I can say is “thank you Lord Jesus for your goodness”

I refuse to be sucked in this mode of self- pity.

It is easy to feel self-pity when you feel alone and isolated.

Help fluctuates sometimes there’s plenty and other times it is scarce.

What do you do then, do you just pack up or give up at that moment? Sometimes you just need to rest for a while and when you get up to take one step at a time.

Don’t wear yourself out, remember there is always another day
